The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport stop and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou.
