The building features a modern style combining stones, woods, and masonry. Large windows let light in throughout the day and make it possible to better connect with the natural environment and a beautiful view of the mountain range . The uneven terrain, native plants and trees and an attractive natural stream, spread over half a hectare, complete a composition that allows you to have moments of complete tranquility. The house has an electric group, an alarm and radiant heating.

It is located within a family property surrounded by nature, with lots of light, green views, and a stream that runs through the property. This used to be the dining room of my grandparents' house, today adapted to this small independent studio with wooden details, antique objects and books that give it a cosy atmosphere. Discover the tranquility of nature in our cabin on Cerro Piltriquitron, just 11 minutes from downtown El Bolsón (5.1 km). Enjoy a spectacular view of the farms and the extensive half-hectare garden.
