Sunny nice flat in the family house with the private entrance. Ten minutes from city center as well as from nearby forest in the middle of the Vizovice mountains. We offer hospitality, clean rooms and natural garden with the couple of indian runner ducks. You can try some home made delicasy from our garden products. The apartment is located in the Juh housing estate near the Brezina forest park, through which it is possible to get to Trenčín Castle. Its location near a bus stop with a direct connection to Trenčín station is an ideal place for those who use public transport. There are grocery stores, restaurants and a shopping center around the apartment. For cycling enthusiasts, we offer the possibility of renting two mountain bikes for a fee, we will be happy to offer information in a private message.

You can get to the city centre from us in 10 minutes. You need the same time to get to the train and bus stations. In the narrow neighborhood you will also find a commercial center with groceries and a cinema, a city park on one side, a forest park of brezina on the other. You can have a coffee right under the house and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. We welcome all people of good will even with their four-legged friends.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

It is located just below the Javorník ridge and the surrounding area offers an abundance of trails, views and interesting destinations. The hiking trail to the Pulčínské skály rocks leads directly from the house. Located in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area, it is also ideal for observing the night sky.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time.
