Stunning home in a quiet location. The house has all the amenities and is very clean. Fine beds, spacious bath, kitchen with everything you desire. It has a very big garden with bbq, playground and fire pit. Communication was fast and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location!

We had a very nice stay with 8 adults and 5 children over an extended weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the area very quiet and there was plenty to discover for the kids.

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

We loved staying at the Tiny House. It is very sweetly decorated and the quiet location is great. The amenities are really great, full kitchen and bathroom. We had everything we needed for the 3 nights.

A fantastic retreat in the middle of nature – highly recommended! Our break at the cabin in Jetřichovice was just perfect. The accommodation is idyllically located in the forest and offers absolute rest and relaxation. The modern designed tiny house made of wood is high-quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The large window front brings nature directly into the living room and creates a cozy, bright atmosphere. Inside, a thoughtful space concept awaits you with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom and a sleeping area in the gallery. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and invites you to cozy evenings. We particularly liked the stylish mix of wood and modern elements as well as the high-quality materials – inside and outside. The highlight outside is definitely the wellness area: a wood-fired sauna in a small cabin, a cozy hot tub and a barbecue kota make the stay a real experience. Everything was

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. We stayed at Jakub's place from April 10th to 13th with a group of 12 people and were completely satisfied! The house is in a quiet location with beautiful views – perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, tidy, and well appointed. We particularly liked the spacious outdoor area, the barn with play facilities (table tennis, foosball, shuttlecock, etc) , the pool and sauna – ideal for a little break. The surroundings also invite you to hike and the campfire site was a great extra for cozy evenings. All in all a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back!

I highly recommend this charming house! Super nice location with private access to the lake- very generous provision of kayaks and bikes- very uncomplicated and accommodating communication. We were a larger group and were all very comfortable - everyone came to their cost- kids, adults, dog... the area is also beautiful and you can both spend a quiet and active vacation. Great compliment !

Everything's just cool. The apartment is very cozy, clean. After long walks and bathing in the lake, it's very nice to relax in the sauna. Kamila is very friendly and happy to help with everything. I'll definitely be back

We had a great Pentecost weekend and were very happy with the place. Issues were responded to immediately and very kindly. We ate and drank well at the brewery. For the dogs and us, the surroundings by pedis,but also by car were wonderful for hiking and exploring. We'd love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Maria Sol’s place. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, and the courtyard is beautiful. Maria offered storage for our bikes, which was super helpful. The host is kind and welcoming. The town itself is very pleasant for a peaceful trip. The area is highly recommended for cycle touring.

We felt at home immediately when entering the home - the check in was easy and it was very clean and had a cozy interior design. The communication with Bohu/Peter was quick and they are very friendly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there were some beautiful hikes in close proximity. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a peaceful vacation :)

The apartment is furnished with simple and purpose - like a bit in Nordic style, you can see that the landlord is always trying to make things better :) The apartment is also very spacious, equipped with a kitchen counter with a double burner, small refrigerator, about three pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. We also saw that there was almost no cell service - at least Vodafone didn't catch up, so we enjoyed a really relaxed vacation :) Behind the house is a beautiful fragrant herbal garden, a small colonial on the ground floor of the building, and a nice pub :) Hiking trails run directly from the village, or just a short drive away (preferably by car), and choose one of the other X hiking trails that are really nice in Kokořínsko. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday! :) Kokořínsko really worth the visit and attention :)

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

Very good location in the center of Stary Splavs right next to the park with a playground. The park is lined with beautiful old timbered houses. The apartments are about 100m from the harbor/marina. The lady at the front desk willingly allowed us to store our children's bikes in a lockable bike room. Covered underground garages are a bonus for staying guests. The only thing to improve - buying more dishes so the dishwasher can be used more efficiently.
