It was a very interesting place to stay, we loved it, we felt good there. Very interesting architecture, it had its charm, in places we felt like we were somewhere in a castle or manor house. And the board game room was really mega. Anyway, nice experience, we recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and super equipped – just like in the photos. Especially great was the terrace with grill and seating, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for unwinding. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

Thank you for a nice place to stay, in a quiet environment and with a beautiful view. The only thing we would say was the dust and minor clutter on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Cleanly covered, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen, super fireplace with simple control. All the instructions were beautifully described in the instruction book for the accommodation. Thank you to Erik for his care and action. We recommend on summer days so you can use the pool as well. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work for us, we have to come again 😁☀️ K. with family 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻

Excellent stay in Ludmila's house which is very well located, quiet in the countryside , but close to everything. Еesky Krumlov is a short drive away and we really were impressed by this beautiful little town. The surroundings offer everything you need for a diverse stay, walks, large lake nearby etc... Ludmila and her family welcomed us very warmly and the apartment offers all the conditions for a pleasant stay. The various animals in the house took us to the house quickly. They are very quiet and a pleasure to see them evolve around. In short, an excellent atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation We recommend this location

This place is an absolute gem! It’s an authentic heritage place, furnished to complement the historic building’s style. Staying here feels like stepping back in time, as though you’re living centuries ago. Jiri is an amazing host—kind, patient, and fluent in English. If you’re interested, he can provide fascinating insights into the history of Cesky Krumlov and his property. We hope to be lucky enough to book this incredible place again on our next visit!
