Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!

We spent a total of four nights with Mr. Richard, and we can't complain about anything. It's beautifully equipped, the peace in the area is guaranteed, and I have no doubt that if we need anything, we'll get back in a few minutes. Our whole group can agree that we are happy to recommend this airbnb for everyone.:)

Accomodation was good! But there was no communication about other guests living in the same house, as well as very hidden infos in terms of whirlpool. Overall a nice place to spend time.

Nice cabin for quiet hours in nature. Located not far from Krumlov and Budweis, which allows for beautiful excursions. In the winter at first, however, it got cuddly warm after some time thanks to the great fireplace. It was a very nice stay for us.

The place is as described and same as photos, if you are interested in a rural place to relax it is the best choice

The house is just beautiful and idyllic. Toys for the kids were good and practical. The area is just a dream if you need a quiet environment. We felt very comfortable. The property is large and spacious. There were also game activities for all ages outside.😊👍 If Fassauna and Hot Tub were still built on such a large property, then the accommodation would be a full one💯☺️. Beautiful apartment, very stylishly decorated. Fully furnished, nice beds, comfortable shower with plenty of hot water. A 15-minute drive from Cesky Krumlov, but still nice and quiet. A bit noisy with the owner's apartment. Renata is very friendly and helpful.

A very beautiful and clean house! The host is very prompt and attentive to the needs of the guests! I highly recommend this location.... A perfect weekend with the family I would like to come back. ❤️❤️

Beautiful surroundings, plenty of privacy, and yet in the center of the action. Baby friendly Veronika offered us a crib, a high chair, and dishes for small children. We got an offer for a later check out.

Very nice house in a beautiful location. Highly recommend
