Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cha-am District

Juan has an amazing place! I stayed here for a month and loved it! It’s great for families, couples and even solo travelers. Juan was very helpful as a host and was honest about everything! Quick to adapt and help out in any problem that I had! Again it’s an amazing place and Juan is a great host who deserves more customers his way.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

This home gets our very best and warmest recommendation! We were 4 who booked Jibbie's place and we've gotten a lot more than we expected. Jibbie is the owner and the sweetest young girl who just wanted us to be good! When we arrived after a long trip, there was provided a cold water and a cold soda, some cake and toiletries - this was really welcome as one suitcase was unfortunately stranded. It was clean and tidy, really a lovely house. Jibbie helped us rent scooters, these were delivered the day after for dinner! Jibbie also provided communication with the airport so our suitcase arrived. In the house there is a washing machine, for a little refresh of clothes. The area and the house are lovely, lovely pool, which is right across from the house for free use. In short, there is what you need for a nice warm holiday. It takes about 10 - 15 min. on moped to Hua hin, but there are many fine eateries right in the area, as well as a large supermarket with everything, they have the finest ingredients, fish, seafood, meat, fresh vegetables and fruits in all shapes and sizes, if you want to cook yourself! Whatever questions we had, we wrote to Jibbie and she responded very quickly! If Jibbie could not come by herself, then Jibbie's mother came - not that we needed anything, we had rented a house, not the service as in the hotels. We were really happy with Jibbie and her way of being - as written, we got a lot more service than expected and can therefore only recommend others this lovely lovely house and this sweetest homeowner! This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

The staff is helpful. The taste of food is good. The place is clean and tidy. The swimming pool is huge. We enjoyed our time there.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

This is an awesome house, plenty of space for people to sleep, kids loved the pool and watching movies in the living room. House is 5 minutes drive from the beach so really convenient. There is a delivery service for things you need, food, drink etc. We are looking at buying a place in the same development!

We, family & friends, had a peaceful moment at Viren's place. Very nice & cozy accommodation. Easy to go Hua-hin town, just 10 mins drive. Will definitely be back to visit your home again when we think of Hua-hin.
