The 2nd floor is a closed storage room. A grill assistant and cleaning are included with a schedule to be agreed.

Kitchen/dining room, 1 sofa bed and a full private bathroom next door. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Private surveillance. Close to avenues with public transport, there are laundries, BCP bank, wineries, restaurants and pharmacies.
