Beautiful Gîte hidden in the heart of the forest.

Welcome to the Gite de La Roche. Come and relax in this green paradise where the only sounds are the music of running water and birdsong. Our gite is less than 500m from the Bort les Orgues lake on the River Dordogne. You can enjoy your stay in the middle of nature and all the activities we have to offer. Cycling, kayaks (for hire), fishing, swimming, hiking/walking (there are more than 50km of walking routes departing from the gite.) Close to La Bourboule, Le Sancy and the chain of volcanoes.

Detached house 140m2, close to the historic center of Besse and all shops. Composed of an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and microwave small appliances open to gd living room. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with therefore one with washing machine, dryer. Very gd garage and enclosed garden with garden furniture. Complete baby equipment. Board games. Ping-pong table. You have the hiking trails at the foot of the house. 7 km from Super Besse. Restaurant in front of the house.

small house in a functional and comfortable green setting, full of charm... located at an altitude of 845, it is on 400 m² of unfenced land and offers a 900 m² park in front of the house completely private and fenced... barbecue, swing, hammock, deck chairs, a breath of oxygen, hiking, walking... 6 km away, circuits for electric scooter, tree climbing, leisure pond, restaurant, grocery store 7/7, bakery, butcher, tobacco FDI, pharmacy, bar. change of scenery!!
