At the start of the hiking trails, you will enjoy a prime location from which to discover the landscapes of Sancy, in both summer and winter. Comfortable and well laid out, the accommodation offers you a pleasant setting, close to shops and restaurants. A cosy little haven where you can fully enjoy the beauty of Le Sancy.

atypical vault for tranquility in a city of character. Its "patio" courtyard with a covered area of 40 m2 will isolate you from external noise. Ideally located, (20 minutes from Clermont, 15 minutes from Besse, 10 minutes from Saint-Nectaire), the accommodation is on a small street with very little traffic (serving 6 houses) with adjoining parking. We chose to keep the whole in a large furnished room in order to offer the maximum space available to 4 people. New accommodation rented on 08/10/25

Cosy kitchen and living room (fully renovated in 2023) + outdoor patio for evenings around the brazier or barbecue. 10 minutes from the Zénith, 5 minutes from Lake Cournon, the banks of the Allier and the nature reserve. 10 km from Clermont-Fd, 20 km from Puy-de-Dôme, Vulcania and the beautiful lakes of Auvergne.

You will be seduced by its location at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it a peaceful place close to nature, by its many terraces which will allow you to enjoy the shade or the sun depending on your mood, and by its geographical location in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys and very close to the Massif du Sancy, Clermont-Ferrand and the Zenith. Perfect for a family (except with small children) or for hikers.

Relax in this quiet accommodation in a green space with views of the stream, the accommodation where you will stay. Places of interest: Archaeological sites Gergovie, Corent, Temple Mercure, Puy du Dôme Volcano. About 5 km from the Zenith d'Auvergne of the Grande Halle Auvergne, close to Vulcania, Clermont Airport, Super Besse Ski Resort and close to the A75 highway exit 5, 2 km from our Moulin de la Paille studio, close to all shops. Pets are allowed.

En option : Possibilité d'avoir accès au bain nordique (30€/h, entre 16h et 19h), au sauna (40€/h) et repas du soir (25€/personne, servi à 19h). Petit déjeuner compris.
