Seng was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and accommodating. His place is very nice and clean. The master bedroom has tall windows and a balcony to observe the view. Seng was very responsive to my needs and also recommended me a place to stay in Siem Reap when I asked. I would definitely stay here again

These are modern serviced apartments, in the area of plenty of restaurants and shopping malls, a few minutes by tuktuk from the central entertainment area of Phnom Penh. As mentioned, the rooms are modern, clean, the beds are comfortable and from the windows a panoramic view of the river and the city skyline. The building has a gym and pool which made a significant difference. In short, an excellent stay feel free to book!

I messaged Lee ahead of time to check if the unit was as pictured. He was very communicative and found something that suited my needs. He has many units, so message ahead if you're worried! Great communication and super helpful.

Lees place was excellent. Even though he was out of town, his brother helped facilitate checkin and checkout, was super responsive, and gave us THIRTY things to do in a Phnom Penh for food and activities!! Location was great and room was clean. We booked a second time for later in the week after exploring other parts of Cambodia!

I’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years with over 70 bookings in various countries, and I can confidently say that David’s hospitality is bar none. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. David was extremely responsive and the check-in process was quick and easy. His staff is incredibly polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with brand new appliances. The shower had excellent water pressure, which is always a bonus. Staying miss bell with mister Lee is always an excellent experience this is my second time booking with him and he is always consistent and has wonderful rooms available could not more highly recommend this stay in Phnom penh. Not to mention the location is probably the most convenient in the whole city.

I’ve spend most of weekend in lee’s place. It absolutely worth it. The apartment was Fantastic in the good location with great amenities in the building Sky Gym and pool on the top floor.

Our stay was nice! A big perk are the pools and its close proximity to monuments and diamond island. We did book a stay for 5 people and there wasn’t enough blankets or towels. We were brought a pillow and 1 extra towel but never got an extra blanket as requested. Because there were plenty of shops nearby, we were able to purchase a blanket for use. Other than that it was clean and was just as is in the picture!

Amazing place for families ! We really enjoyed our stay in Lee’s apartment. Great kitchen, everything was nice and clean. Also it was great to have 2 swimming pools in the building ! The apartment is close to the riverside and close to Aeon Mall, so easy to quickly go grab something. And the cherry on top was the incredible view of the city. Would definitely recommend it.

Host was responsive and accommodating to our requests. Does not take long to reply to us. Goes above to recommend transportation for guests not knowing how to navigate Phnom Penhs' transportation. Thoughtful to suggest for the guests' peace of mind.

We had a great stay with Lee and his associate Sun. Initially, there was a problem with the studio unit we had reserved. We were immediately taken across the street to a different unit located at (The Bridge Residence ) that we had to stay one night in. It wasn't as nice as the one I booked and the Television was also broken. I was grateful Sun had an alternative, but I was upset at the time. He promised he would make it right the next day, and indeed he did deliver and upgraded us to a one bedroom not pictured here in this posting ( but in the same building “Peak”) The one Bedroom was expansive and located on the 25th floor. Overall we really enjoyed stay. Sun was extremely helpful and responsive. Lee the owner was extremely professional as well. We would definitely stay again. We however can not provide a review of the unit in this posting. Thanks again Sun for everything!! 🙂
