The White House

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

This unusual accommodation is the result of a restoration of a vineyard hut that belonged to my grandfather. Located at the foot of the Sancy, a few kilometers from the first houses and shops. It has a remarkable view of the Forez mountains and Montpeyroux. 30 min away you will find lakes (Aydat, Chambon), castles (Murol, La Bâtisse), Puy de Dôme and cultural sites (Gergovie, Vulcania, etc.). Enjoy a soothing, quiet and comfortable place to recharge your batteries.

Come and relax in this fully renovated cottage. The natural light and calm will bring you serenity and well-being. You enter through a bay window that leads to the living room and the kitchen. The whole space is on the ground floor, where there is also a dining area. Go upstairs via the steep staircase, where you will find a spacious bedroom with three openings, allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden. The shower room and the toilet are separate.
