This recently renovated traditional house, which has been in our family for over 100 years, has all the modern features to offer you an unforgettable and comfortable stay. Sea stone villa is located right above the sea, in a truly unique setting offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the endless blue. A private staircase from the house leads directly down to a small, quiet beach, giving you easy and exclusive access to the sea whenever you wish. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
