Lovely and airy beach cottage around the corner from the beach and the harbor! Relax, soak up the sun, or go surfing at Hollywood Beach - best kept secret in SoCal! Short walk to the harbor for boating, restaurants, Sunday farmer's market and more. This is a quiet family neighborhood. The cottage is the most suitable for a couple or a family with young children.

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
