A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

We are half a mile from the beach and 2 miles from Lyme Regis.

Pebble Cottage is a modern, 2024 new build ideally situated in the heart of the historical village of Charmouth. Only a short walk to the famous fossil beaches on the Jurassic Coast. The village also offers many amenities such as a convenience store, a pharmacy and a selection of eateries. It is a beautiful self catering, two bedroom cottage with a spacious living area and stylish kitchen. Outside, a peaceful paved area perfect for alfresco dining and private offroad parking for two cars.

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

It's an ideal retreat, or a base for a walking holiday or for a few days pause on a longer walk.
