Adjacent to the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen connects to the terrace. On the opposite side, a master bedroom suite with access to the terrace and a private shower room. Upstairs, an attic bedroom will welcome you for peaceful and quiet nights. This bedroom also has a shower room and toilet. You'll discover a simple and warm renovation while enjoying the gentle warmth of a wood pellet stove. Fiber optic internet access ensures perfect connectivity. Outside, there's no problem parking several cars and taking advantage of the cul-de-sac to feel right at home!

Suitable for walking, cycling, close to the canal of the river activity center, Spacious it is ideal for 6 people (couple and children). Its balcony and courtyard will make your time pleasant. Claudine and Christian are happy to offer you breakfast (homemade jam and brioche). No extra charge for child occupying the crib.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

Very nice apartment adjoining the owners' house with all its independence, adapted for PRM, single-story with terrace. 5 minutes from the city of Digoin, 15 minutes from Paray le Monial and 25 minutes from the Pal amusement park. You have all the amenities in the apartment, a very nice terrace and access to the green canal path. Come and spend a night or more, you will be welcome!
