An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. There are museums, an art gallery & a few shops run by locals. Unspoilt and completely unique.

Gite Lou Pitchounet Labeled: 3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation. 35 m2 studio, with independent entrance. Beautiful services with air conditioning, TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large "saltwater" pool and its beach. To the west, on the bedroom side, a nice terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy. In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

Once your vehicle is parked in our closed parking lot, our accommodation is the perfect base for walking to the village and discovering the appellation area. Detached house, located in the countryside on our wooded property, near our Provençal farmhouse, where you can relax as close to nature as possible in a green setting. You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking...). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.
