The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. Caravane Gisabelle !

Spend a timeless stay in this newly renovated and comfortable caravan! The caravan has a table and 2 deckchairs outside. Inside, a double bed with memory foam mattress, a bench that can be used as a bed for a child, a table for eating under shelter as well as a kitchen (fridge, stove, dishes, coffee maker and kettle). We provide bed sheets but not towels. There's no water point in the trailer.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", it is indeed a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've maximised the space. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of free street parking.

Cozy and warm studio.

Brand new, cozy and warm, I offer my studio for 1 or 2 people, on the ground floor of my residential house. The accommodation is completely independent, you have your entrance, your terrace and the garden. The bathroom is bright and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
