Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Chatham County

It was wonderful. The home was bigger than the pictures showed. Super clean. Super friendly host. We were very happy with everything.

Convenient location, close to the beach, clean house & modern design. We walked the roundtrip 5K distance to the pavilion two days in a row. Beach was not crowded and it was very pleasant in April. Outdoor decks are lovely and the upper deck affords a partial view of the ocean. Yummy takeout from the restaurant across the street, and a liquor store if you are so inclined. Overall, this is a 5-star property for a family of five on Tybee. A few nitpicking points: (1) there is moderate road noise because this house is on the main road into Tybee; (2) the kitchen could have been a bit more stocked - there was no pasta strainer, no food storage containers for leftovers, and no salt or sugar (there was black pepper); and (3) there were two padded adirondack chairs on the lower porch but only one plastic chair on the upper porch, so a comfortable outdoor set on the top porch would be nice to enjoy the view. That said, this is a lovely home and we would definitely rent it again!

We had a great stay for a girl's weekend trip. The tree house was amazing and the location was walkable to trails and the famous cemetery. The host was very responsive and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. The place itself was absolutely beautiful.

My parents and I went to Tybee Island for a much needed family vacation. We stayed at this property, and it was just like the pictures and so much more! We had such a fun and relaxing time! It was so peaceful, and nothing beat drinking your coffee on the porch in the mornings! We are so grateful to have stayed here and encourage anyone that if they are looking to stay in Tybee area…to stop looking at other properties and stay here!! Next time we come back to Tybee we will definitely be staying here!

Great Holiday stay! Easy to book, very clean, friendly and flexible hosts. Loved the marsh view. Easy drive into Savannah. Extra thanks for the minimal fragrances, had no issues with my allergies.

We loved the location and the layout of the house as well as the decor. I wish there was an outdoor rug covering the tile by the pool. The tile gets very slippery when wet from the pool. We had to wash towels and found that the washer does not drain properly so we had to ring out the clean towels before placing in the dryer but we were able to work around that. I would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely loved this house and loved the owners!! We felt right at home! Very quaint, quiet, and relaxing. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The owners were so helpful and accommodating! Unfortunately, they rented through a third party who did not give them the correct contact info. The company “Evolve” was slow to respond to me personally, and even left some texts unanswered. The owners had been texting the wrong number for weeks so I didn’t any contact info or check in instructions until right as it was time to check in. I use Airbnb because I like contact with owners directly, not a third party rental company. Once I was able to get in touch with the actual owners, and not the agency, everything was smooth sailing! Again, I Absolutely loved the owners, and this house! We would stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful Spring Break trip, and staying at this condo made it even more special! The location could not have been more perfect for our family. Being so close to the beach was amazing – just a short walk away! Plus, all the food, shops, and local attractions were within a 5-minute stroll. It was so convenient not to have to use the car for anything. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was top-notch – they were quick to respond to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable getaway!

Besides a clogged sink and a musty smell from beach chairs, it was a very nice place. Clean, modern classic appliances, nice bathrooms and a great balcony. Location next to beach with two swimming pools and restaurant makes this a great location and I would stay there again.

Right where the action is, steps from the beach so we could enjoy coffee with the sunrise, go back and forth from the beach as needed, and hop to restaurants around the corner. Can get a little noisy because of it's proximity to "downtown" area and public parking, but still worth it. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

Great experience

Fantastic location, with beach access directly across the street. Saw a small herd of deer prancing through the woods, as we walked back from the beach. The Salty Dog being right next door was a nice bonus (they made hot chocolate for the wife, even tho it wasn't on the menu).

Great tucked in quiet location! About a 7 min walk to the beach, which is private access. We will be back.

Great location in Sea Pines: Walkable to Harbor Town and the trolley stops a few steps from the condo. Well maintained top floor unit with a golf course view. It was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts on the property.

Great place in great location easy to find and easy to access. Short walk to the beach lots of shops and restaurants around. Kayla and Cameron place was just like described very responsive and nice. Overall place and location was great except for some things that is just a preference for everyone .
