The precinct offers an opportunity to experience a permaculture forest garden, eco building, natural pool, rain water harvesting and much more. You are welcome to explore and join a tour if there's one on.

Horizon Hideout

A really lovely one bedroom place to stay which has all you need for a holiday or if you are on business. The wifi and TV are there for your convenience with a dedicated work space. Westville is a very treed area and green all year round. At Horizon Hideout you are so close to nature and yet only 5 minutes to the shops, an 8 min drive to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and a 20 minute drive to the Durban beachfront. Ofcourse there are plenty of other fun places to explore as well!

A loft looking over one of Manor Gardens' valleys. The view creates a sense of elevation with breathtaking scenery. You can fully open the upper windows for a sweeping breeze. View the rich bird life as they chirp on the nearby trees. The loft is open plan with honest, thoughtful and raw finishes. It is not fancy but rather tastefully & uniquely built. It is an experiment of materials, comfort & details. The kitchenette is fully equipped & shower concealed by a cute barn door.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Lincoln Loft: One bedroom with stunning views located in Central Westville. Make meals in the open plan kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave & fridge. This modern, creative space is one of two hidden gems in the leafy suburb of Westville (also see “the Green Room” in the Hidden Lookout). Up high in the trees, our space is a tranquil, beautiful, simple space perfect for a break from the city, but close enough to everything to still have fun! If you are coming for business we have fast and dependable WiFi. We also have a GENERATOR for load shedding if necessary.

Kemp’s Corner - with Power Supply

Come and stay at our warm and welcoming Kemp’s Corner. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Our cabin is situated directly on the spectacular Indian Ocean, in a safe and peaceful location and has everything you need to rest and relax. Seaside Heaven offers a modern well equipped kitchen, 1 x sea facing king bed, outdoor braai area and is a short walk to the heart of Umdloti ! The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
