Le Beaupré is located on a vast property offering privacy and calm. Inspired by the constructions of the beginning of the last century, this cottage offers a unique atmosphere. It is open concept with a large and bright ground floor and a 22-foot cathedral ceiling. It can accommodate up to 14 people, with its 4 bedrooms in the basement and mezzanine. A wood-burning fireplace as well as a HOT TUB and heated pool (July and August) enhance the experience. No parties and outdoor music.

The 1106 is the novelty of the St-Roch district which is in full effervescence. In addition to the indoor gym, a heated swimming pool** is located on the roof surrounded by a magnificent terrace with a view of Old Quebec. The 1106 is a comfortable condo with King bed and Queen sofa bed in a fresh and cared decor.
