New 4 bedroom villa with private pool. Finished renovated May 2025. Pool size is 3 x 5 meter and 150 cm deep. 2.5 km, 5 minute drive to Bang Rak beach. 3 km, 8 minutes drive to Chaweng beach. Price is excluding electricity usage. Electricity cost is THB 5 per unit. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be about THB 100 per night per bedroom. The big air conditioner in the living can consume a lot of electricity if left on for extended period.
