The studio is well-equipped and very clean. Everything is very convenient and the bedding is good quality. We really enjoyed the absolute calm and surrounding nature.

Very well located apartment (5 minutes walk from Palais Jacques Coeur and close to the entire historic center of Bourges) and very quiet, a real haven of peace in the center. It's also easy to park nearby for free. Valéry is very nice and the exchanges were easy. We highly recommend this rental.

Accommodation that matched our expectations and the proximity to the center is a nice asset. The balneotherapy bathtub and the big screen are very nice We regret the non-personalized automatic messages to ours, the unloaded speakers and little explanation as to how it works (the sound in particular and the balneo bathtub)

We came to enjoy the spring of Bourges , the location is perfect! 15min walk to the entertainment! Great hospitality, responsive and available host. The apartment matches the descriptions, hot drinks available 🙂and nice bathroom 👍 we highly recommend.

Despite some guidelines, in particular relating to the noise detector or other camera that can at first be a little scary, everything went very well the house is true to the description and extremely well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it.

Loved my cosy little room at the bottom of the stairs! Comfortable bed, appreciated the tea and kettle and sweets left in the room for me. Great shower! Juline wasn't home during my stay, but she was very responsive to my every question. I had everything I needed for my long weekend in La Charité. Thank you!

Nice and clean place to stay with lots of space. Stayed here for a couple of nights on way back to UK from south of France. Yan was friendly and quick to sort out a problem with the electric. We managed to walk to the dog on nice country roads from the property and at a 5 mins drive to a nearby forest called Mare au Diable which was good.
