A two-room studio with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a Stalin-era house in the heart of the old city. The major renovation was completed in May 2020. All windows overlook a quiet, green courtyard. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. For your convenience, a dishwasher is installed. Towels and bath amenities are available. No smoking. Nearby there is a park, square, pedestrian alley with cafes and restaurants, market, paid and free parking, transport stops.

A cozy, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5-minute walk. This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is fold-out sofa inside and high-quality mattress for 2 beds on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need.
