Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

Bright apartment with all the amenities needed even for longer stays. It's located in a nice Complex right on the beach with free parking. It's great for groups of friends of families, as it can accommodate up to 6 people and is close to bars and restaurants. Camping "Gradina" is in walking distance. Please note that the pool is currently not available for season 2023 and the hotel part of the Complex is not functioning due to technical issues. Strong Wi-Fi connection.

When we have built the house, we have called it “The Third place”. Later we have fallen in love with the sunrise and the sunset of the place and we came with the name “Sunset – live experience with friends”. We don’t meet tourists, we invite you to be our guests. Everybody who has been here and had the chance to enjoy the view from “Captain rendezvous” room with their loved ones, knows that. Moreover there could be a lot of things that can happen until the Sun goes down…
