the place was perfect for my son and I when we went out to DC for Tyler the Creator concert. not far from everything. uber rides pretty cheap to anywhere. it's right in the heart and nothing is more than 4 miles. I would for sure come back here next time in DC. Patrick was a great host and very helpful.

My family had a great visit to DC and this spot was perfect for accessing downtown DC via the metro services or walking. We would stay at this location again.

Super comfortable cozy apartment! We loved the local and the view. Thoughtful touches of snacks, water etc. made a nice welcome. We will definitely want to come back next year. After each evening event we said "Let's go home" doesn't get much better than that. The bed was entirely wonderful, comfortable and warm. Great locaton and solid recommendations on food and activities. The O street museum was such a fun time. The Emissary coffee not to be missed. We walked to the mall via the rock creek trail. Dupont circle metro was super close and very convenient. The host was easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Tiny bathroom but worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Minutes from the Metro, a school with a basketball court right across the street for my son who is in AAU basketball, quiet and peaceful after our long days exploring and sight seeing. We conquered 5 museums, The Wharf, The Zoo, Chinatown and the U Street Corridor in 4 days!! This definitely will be our go to place to stay in the District. Thank you again!!!

We were extremely satisfied with this stay. We’ve done a lot of Airbnb stays, including with our three small children, and Bethany and Chris’s place is among the best we’ve experienced. Everything was perfectly set up for us. Our bed was very comfortable. Our hosts made sure our youngest had an extra mattress ready for our youngest. There were a bunch of books and toys to occupy our kids while we got ready to leave, which was huge. Bethany and Chris clearly went to great lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable and that they we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place!

Danielle is amazing. She is responsive and her place is well appointed and she’s thought of every little detail to make a stay comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time in DC at her apartment and we’d definitely come back. It’s a perfect location for going into DC for sightseeing. I highly recommend this stay. Danielle is a pleasure to work with and her apartment felt like home.

The place is exactly as pictured, in a quiet neighborhood and with easy access to nearby towns. Arthur was very responsive and I say he went beyond what would be expected as we had a very rare electricity blackout and he came and delivered a candle to me and I left something in the apartment and he was responsive to retrieval. I never saw him around unless I messaged. I was very pleased with my stay.
