Holiday rentals in Cheshire County

The cabin was beautiful. Waiking up looking out the window to the senic veiw of the pond was the best, even the bed was comfortable! We loved the privacy. In the cabin was a book of local restraunts general stores which we tryed and enjoyed for a quick quant breakfast. We went to the Harrisville general store, also the nook dinner. Seeing the beaver and other animals was a highlight of our trip as well. We hope to stay here again .

The property was spacious and cozy, well appointed with a beautiful view. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Everything was very easy and made the stay extra relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s home! It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child with no issue. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook meals throughout our stay. We had a small storm roll through, which dropped 5” of snow overnight (great for our next day on the mountain!), and we were thrilled to see that the driveway and walkway had been cleared prior to 7am. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view from the great room is truly stunning. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

Daniel and Trisha did such a wonderful job curating an amazing experience in this beautiful home. From small thoughtful amenities like extra chargers in each room, to gifting us a delicious plate of assorted fresh baked goods and everything needed for smores! The inside of the home was absolutely super cozy, spotless, and had a full kitchen. Outside on the porch was where our group witnessed one of the best sunsets we have ever seen! such an incredible view of the landscape that truly took our breath away. Lastly, Daniel and Trisha were very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed as well as providing a ton of hiking and food recommendations. If you are thinking if booking this airbnb, do not think twice!! I cannot speak any more highly of how amazing this home was! We were a group of 11 guys and were comfortable the entire time.

This cabin was so peaceful and quiet in April. It was toasty warm when we got there and beginning to snow. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets as well as towels in the bathroom. Everything you need in the kitchen. The cabin was very clean. Nicholas answered all my questions immediately and was flexible with check out.

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is an architectural delight. From almost every window there is a spectacular view of the water. The style is a modern take on a Belgian Farmhouse and it does not disappoint. The place is incredibly clean and well laid out with high quality appliances. The host is Super Responsive. We had a tiny issue and they were onsite to remedy the situation in less than fifteen minutes! We are already planning another stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful location and the views are amazing!
