Great stay.. everything was squeaky clean, bed was comfortable, and check in was easy. James is a great host, this is the 2nd place I have stayed at with him in the area.

Zuri’s place was wonderful! There was everything we needed, and it was in a great location to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, the unit was spacious, and Zuri was responsive to messages! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for sure.

Nice, clean and roomy place. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there.

What a great place to rest and explore Richmond! Easy check in and parking in the back really came in handy when coming back at night. Definitely would stay again!

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Live like a local -- excellent location, walkable to heart of Richmond. Slept like a baby! - very comfortable beds/linens, great bathrooms, highly functional kitchen/dining. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kendall’s place was the perfect little spot for our night in town. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

Copeland is a friendly host and quite knowledgeable about the area and local events. We appreciated that she was easy to reach for any questions. The location in The Fan is very convenient, the parking space certainly helped, and we had what we needed for an enjoyable and convenient stay in Richmond.

We loved this place! Came here for a long weekend and enjoyed the walkability of the area and took advantage of the outdoor balcony. Catherine was responsive and helped with everything we needed! I recommend.

Great place. Paula was very responsive. Instruction were clear. AC was working well on the first hot day of the year.......a bonus!!!!

Wonderful, unique place, had everything you could want or need. Very spacious and I loved sitting at the round table in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and luckily they provided white noise machines which I would recommended turning on - not from the sounds outside but the occasional noise inside. This place would have gotten 5 stars all around if it had on site parking. Parking garages were nearby and easy to use.

Exactly what I was looking for. James was always quick to answer any questions I had. Washer and Dryer seemed brand new and were top notch.

I'm a nomad so travel full time. Having a place to stay that feels like home is important and Nina's place felt like that to me. The kitchen is very well stocked and she even left me some coffee, cream and a few treats when I arrived. The bed is a dream to sleep in, it was so comfortable with high quality linens. There was ample drawer and closet space with plenty of hangers. Nina was great with communication and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Great location and great instructions (detailed) about getting into the building and the unit. The specific directions were appreciated. Small space, but laid out very well and efficient. The air purifier/noise machine was great also. The location was central and near family we were visiting and easy to find. Black Hand Coffee was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely use this AirNb in the future when visiting family in RVA. Thank you! Best, Denise

Stayed here for a few days with our dog. Location was great, loved that there was a designated parking lot behind the building. Was a very quiet stay, didn’t hear or see anyone else in the building. Clean space and free from clutter. Would stay here again!

I found the unit very clean and all cooking, cleaning, and bedding necessities were provided. Communications were great. Any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. The number of stairs leading to the unit should be considered. The parking is tricky, but eventually I found a monthly lot that came in very handy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that others stay there.

Mark’s place was the perfect spot for us - we came for the 10k Race and it was in a great location with a private parking spot that was easy to get in and out of. The apartment is right on VCU’s campus, but it was quiet and peaceful plus within walking distance to many great restaurants and things to do. We felt right at home here with plenty of room to relax. Perfect accommodations for our stay!

Fantastic space in Richmond's Fan! We were in Richmond for a family wedding and wanted a homebase for relaxing, spending time visiting with family, and enjoying the restaurants in the Fan and Carytown. Catherine's garden level suite was perfect for all our needs. Beautiful backyard that welcomed us and we enjoyed sitting within for outdoor afternoon visits. Nearby delicious restaurants to indulge. The offstreet parking stall was an extra perk. The space was clean and inviting, exactly as photographed. Communication with Catherine was very responsive and always friendly. Definitely would recommend this space for those visiting Richmond area. We will book again! Thank you!

This unit is an amazing place to stay in the Richmond area. The beautiful tree lined streets and architecture surrounding us, while being steps from VCU campus was nice. My wife and I loved the unit and all the personal touches that the host had done (Thanks again for the treats!). It is worth noting that, the lock does stick a bit and the unit is on the ground floor right next to an alley. Other than that this unit was great for our stay!
