perfect house for our girls trip! beds were comfy, the front porch was an excellent spot to sit and relax, the back yard area was gorgeous, though we didn't spend too much time there as we explore the city and different activities we had planned. we would definitely recommend and enjoyed our weekend immensely!

We really like stopping in The Fan neighborhood when traveling through RVA. Blair’s place is quite large and has a very historic feel. She was accommodating throughout!

Malik’s place was very nice, comfortable and beautiful on the inside. Would definitely stay here again. His place felt more like a home for me and my family and we appreciated the stay.

This was a nice and cozy place to stay while we were visiting! Very much enjoyed our time here.

The highlight of our stay here was Definitely James, the host. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but James addressed the issues we brought to him promptly and thoroughly. He was an exceptional host, making sure to take care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend any of his available Airbnb rentals and I would highly recommend him if you're looking for someone to manage your Airbnb.

The home was everything we needed as a family before leaving our son at AIT. You know it’s a perfect home when the house is filled with love and laughter during your stay. Katie was so kind, responsive, and had fabulous recommendations for food, treats, and some adventure with the kids. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more; it was simply incredible and homey. We are so grateful for our time spent in their home and plan to return soon.

He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

This was our second stay at Cherrie’s place. We just love it. It has everything we need, is quiet, cozy and clean. Great neighbors and a cute neighborhood. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but once you’re inside River City Den, all is from well. We’ll be back!

This was our second stay at the Horse Farm. It is perfect for an extended family get together. The grounds are great for walks. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool. The grounds are beautiful.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Enjoyed our stay at Alveena's place. Free parking, easy check in, good location. Fast wifi, we were able to have work meetings with no issues. The kitchen is well stocked and good for reheating/quick meals.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

The apartment is roomy for up to four easily. parking is available, low hassle and free. easy walks to the museum and Carytown streets. nice front porch and rear sitting area.

Charming bungalow! Great location on a quiet street in the heart of Carytown and within walking distance to VMFA. Highly recommend this if you are traveling with your dogs - fenced back and yard and covered front porch are great.

This place was an excellent find! It was great for the convention nearby, plenty of places within a walkable distance, the parking was extremely convenient, and Reagan was incredibly helpful as a host. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

My family and I loved staying here. We have a bloodhound and a chocolate lab and it was nice letting them chill in a safe environment that was peaceful. We also have a 2 year old and 4 month old and they loved being on the little path with us and listening to the rain on the bus in the night. It was also neat watching my 2 year old get excited listening to the owls right next to ya. Great experience. Great hospitality. Definitely staying there again in the future!
