Our apartment with Air Conditioning is located inside the historical center of the Medieval town of Montepulciano. It is a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, fruit store, bakery, Wine Cellars, supermarket, and other beautiful sites. It is also a 5 minute walk from the language school IL SASSO. The town has festivals during the summer season with Medieval parades and concerts throughout the town. Montepulciano is also close to other beautiful Tuscan towns and cities.

Nice 60-square-meter apartment located on the main street of the town. It is located on the second and top floor of a historic building. The entrance is located on the main street of the town while the windows face the outside of the walls offering a breathtaking view.
