Private suite holiday rentals in Chiang Mai

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Amazing peaceful please, just outside of the busy chiang mai. Exactly what I needed after an intense retreat. Will def come back here when back again in CM!

We spent a very nice week at Ampika’s condo in Chiang Mai. Everything was exactly as described and there is even a nice garden area outside to enjoy during your stay. Her father looks over the building and is always available for anything you need on site. He is a real gem! We are looking forward to staying again next year, thanks again for everything 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'm so glad I stayed here! 6 nights, fantastic. A short walk gets you to the old city, but the location here is quiet and peaceful, with a few small convenience stores right next door. It always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Easy location for taxi's/Grab to find. Easy to walk to the old city and look around. The staff are kind and helpful. The front door has gates that are locked at night for security, but easy to navigate with the key provided. The room was nice, spacious and bright. The big fridge was helpful, and 2 good sized water bottles provided daily were a great help. The bed is typically quite hard, like most Thai beds. I'd recommend bringing a top sheet, so you can lie on the comforter for extra padding. Aircon was great! The view from the 3rd story room is excellent. Such a great place, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Alistair and Nok’s guest rooms, their property is lovely. It was a nice break from the busy city.

The place is very nice, clean and very friendly the host since I was wrong by date and without any changes. Super recommended as well the location is perfect if you like touring the markets of Chiang Mai

I really recommend this place because I really like it!🫶🏻💗 If you're going to Chiang Mai, you'll want to have a perfect rest. It was really more comfortable and cozy than my home, not🩵 just a beautiful guest who gave me a space from the time I opened the door. Thank you so much for having everything that was clean, luxurious and comfortable. Of all the moments in🥹 Chiang Mai, the 3 days I stayed in this house was the happiest! It's nice to stay at home all day, but there are good cafes and amenities about 5-10 minutes away. I recommend taking the bike you lend me around the neighborhood.☺️ I also made a lot of memories with my adorable puppy Beep. If you're going to Chiang Mai, you should definitely go! Thank you so much
