A lovely homely feel about this house. Close to town yet felt like we were out in the countryside. A relaxing surroundings for a few days of catching up with family. Sophie provided good information, easy access and helpful tips for enjoying Cowes.

Chris is an amazing host. We have been several times at his cottage and he has become a friend. Chris is so engaging, very attentive and a fab host. His house is a real gem in Sussex.

Jayne Ann's place is terrific -- neat as a pin, filled with interesting artwork, a socialble and gracious host, and a short walk to the station or the city center. Couldn't be better!

Andrew is a super experienced host and he makes everything he can to let you feel at home. He's keen of his home and the surrounding area, which is pristine and enjoyable. Have had a pleasant staying.

Jill was a fantastic host, so friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was super cosy and spotless and the house was lovely and full of charm. We didn’t manage to explore the immediate surroundings but it was very beautiful on our way to Brighton. Thanks Again Ben

We booked to stay with Lesley as we had a booking at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery, which is a short walk from the house. The room was spotless and had lots of nice touches such as a selection of tea bags, shortbread biscuits aswell as shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom Lesley made us a lovely continental breakfast with beautiful warm pastries and was a fantastic host. Communication was also great beforehand. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside and a great pub in the village. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others Thank you again Lesley!

Thank you Bev for such a pleasant stay. We had a wedding at Southlands barn which was only a 6 min drive away from the b&b, perfect location! The room was clean, spacious and Bev really had thought of everything you might need being available in there. I was particularly grateful for the coffee machine and makeup wipes 😍 The breakfast was healthy and again, just what was needed. Thanks for being such a welcoming and thoughtful host!! We were after a relaxing break and that’s exactly what we got. Elaine is a keen gardener and her garden was beautiful. We relaxed watching the garden birds whilst sitting on the amazing window seat. Elaine’s attention to detail is second to none. Elaine made immediate contact and responded promptly to any requests for local advice. She asked about food intolerances and I said so long as there’s plenty of tea and milk we’ll be fine - what a selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, jams, marmalade’s, butter, natural yoghurt, orange juice, fresh fruit and the most delicious homemade bread. Elaine and her husband were the perfect hosts and we will be looking to return here in the future. Everything is as described. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elaine and Bruce for your hospitality. We immediately felt so warmly welcome in her cute house, the rooms were cosy and the beds comfortable. She prepared an excellent breakfast with a view into the wonderful garden. Great hosts. Very welcoming to us all. Home was immaculate, Rooms were lovely and spacious, just what we needed for a weekend away. Great location, not too far to walk into Hove and to carry on into Brighton. Available at any point if we had any issues (which we didn't) , you didn't even realise they were in the house. Continental Breakfast available which was ideal before a day out. Thank you for being great hosts and welcoming us into your home.

Had a lovely stay. Melissa and Jonathon were very welcoming, the room and shower room were up a little staircase so it felt private and that we weren't disturbing others. Jonathon gave us an excellent recommendation for food in town and showed us the way through the beautiful groto that is their garden all lit with fairy lights. The cooked breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up for our Coastal Path walk perfectly.

This was booked for a works appointment but the flat was absolutely substantial for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, instructions and communication from Isabela was excellent. If you need a reasonable place to stay close to Brighton then I would definitely recommend.

Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Trish and her daughter were incredibly kind and there is a lot of love in the rooms they provide. Every detail thought of. It was a perfect place to stay as a single woman. The bus to the airport from the top of the road was super helpful with Ubers being so pricey! Would stay again. And very much appreciate the care and love put in! Thank you Trish!

As we drove through the double wooden gates, we were in awe by the grandeur of this delightful thatched home with its welcoming Xmas decorations outside and carefully selected decor in every nook. A delicious spread of food awaited us each morning, and we were privy to Chris’s famous orange marmalade. What surprised me was the attention to detail including olives/feta knowing my heritage. A true festive treat was having Xmas crackers on our last morning. Michele’s attention to detail was impeccable. She is such a gem. 💎 However all that aside, what will make our stay forever memorable was our lovely hosts Michele and Chris. We truly loved our conversations each morning. They both created such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We came in as guests but we have left as friends. We truly hope we come back again. If Airbnb gave awards to the best hosts, Michele and Chris would win hands down. 🏆

Great stay at Jon’s place, which was conveniently located after a late flight into Gatwick. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable!

Simon is friendly, responsive, and respectful of shared spaces. My sister and I had a lovely stay in Portsmouth and enjoyed exploring the city and its lively seaside.
