We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating, EV charging and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay, or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. A wild camping site offering a private camper van parking space on your own secluded lake at the end of a long track. The camper van in the pictures is not available, this is simply to illustrate. Enjoy staying in the middle of a 70 acre woodland on the edge of a stunning lake with far fetching views. There are no toilets, water or electricity provided on the pitch. Please bring bottled water. However, there is a communal toilet/warm shower block within a 10 minute walk of this pitch.

Set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside and the South Downs National Park, this beautifully restored 1950s Bluebird Sunparlour offers luxury accommodation, comprising king-size bed, kitchen area, indoor flushing toilet and shower. In the secluded and peaceful outdoor space, you'll find a hot shower, hot tub and BBQ, all with uninterrupted views of Kingley Vale. Crows Hall also offers Bed & Breakfast in the farmhouse. Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
