The photos show water and wine for illustrative purposes, but these are not provided in the room. There is also no wine opener, so please bring one if you need it. The kitchen knives provided are the minimum necessary, and they may not be sharp. If you want to cook more extensively, please bring your own. There is a kitchen, but for hygiene reasons, there are no "seasonings" in the room. If you plan to cook, please bring your own or buy them at a supermarket or convenience store. It is prohibited to bring in cooking utensils that are prone to emitting smoke, such as hot plates and octopus grills, and to use them indoors. This is because the smoke detector installed in the room will be activated, the automatic fire alarm will sound, and odours can easily stick to the wallpaper, curtains, futons, etc. (In the unlikely event that odours do stick, we will charge an additional cleaning fee separately). Please note that we cannot provide a luggage or suitcase storage service before check-in or after check-out. It is prohibited to use the room to receive deliveries. If a delivery company places a package in the delivery box on the first floor, we cannot provide guests with the PIN to open the delivery box for security reasons. To retrieve your luggage, we will arrange for a specialist company to deliver it to your room. In that case, a fee will be charged.
