Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chinandega

Corrie’s place is a stunning and tranquil paradise. The home is walking distance to a beautiful, secluded beach and tucked away in a gated wellness community with an amazing restaurant on site. Corrie was so welcoming and full of helpful recommendations of things to do in the area - there are many stunning beaches and local food spots to explore! The outdoor kitchen is perfect for cooking food by the pool which is also surrounded by fruit trees (you can pick and eat!) If you are looking to completely unplug and immerse yourself in nature, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb!

Gary nous a aidé à s'orienter le soir de notre arrivée, qui s'est avéré très tardive. Il a pris le temps de nous accompagner avec bienveillance. Une fois arrivée, ils nous a bien informé des commodités. Chaque soir, lors de notre retour, il y avait quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir. Jamais on a senti un malaise de ne pas respecter les heures convenues... MERCI pour ça. Le paysage est magnifique et l'endroit très bien entretenu. Un peu loin de tout. mais calme.

Our new year's visit was everything we hoped for and more, we had an amazing and relaxing time with the family, the beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. We had fun with the board games on the living room, and swam on the pool that had really cool colour changing lights! Definitely an amazing place to stay, and close to the beach both by car and walking. Every part of the house was supplied with everything for any situation. And little Ottis guided us to the beach and was an awesome companion!

La casa es preciosa, súper cómoda y la ubicación es inmejorable. Cuando llegamos estaba todo limpio y en buenas condiciones. Alfredo fue muy amable, siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier detalle y doña Lucía fue de lo mejor, es muy linda y servicial. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos! ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's house. It's walking distance to the beach, a short drive into town, and very private. The yard has beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the house design, high ceilings, nice open kitchen/living floor plan, and plenty of kitchen prep space with all the necessities included. Also, the patio is a great outdoor hangout spot. Holly and John are very responsive and helpful, as are the caretakers, Marvin and Tania. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to be close to the beach/boom and have a peaceful, private space.

Lacie was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She is a wonderful host and communicated great! She is available for any questions and the area is just beautiful and the all the people are very very friendly. Her place is gorgeous and better than you’ll expect. One of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10!!

We loved our stay at the Hacienda, which felt like a piece of paradise to us. Imagine yourself dangling in a hammock in the shade, or swimming in the pool, looking at the horse grazing under the citrus trees, with the ocean rushing in the background. That’s it! Quiet setting, walkable to the beach, beautifully furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are extremely well maintained. Flabia and Manuel are helpful and very supportive - Flavia’s local meals are extremely tasty and prepared with love. Manuel takes care of everything needed. Brooke is amazingly responsive. She thinks ahead and gives very good recommendations even beyond our stay at the Hacienda. Our stay exceeded our expectations - we had a hard time leaving and are already planning our next trip to the Hacienda. We definitely will be back!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop
