This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα περιπάτου κατά μήκος του λιμανιού, καθώς και περιπάτου γύρω από το χωριό, στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της Μπάλτιζας. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
