Yatsugatake at an altitude of 1150 m, it is a place where people who seek the nature and climate of the highlands live, rather than a tourist destination. Spring brings new greenery and buds, cool summers, colorful autumn leaves, and the warmth of a wood stove. There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. Yatsugatake, the Southern Alps, and Mt. Fuji. There is also an abundance of spring water. Please try to find them. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Inside, you'll find artwork such as murals and stone carvings of black birds, as well as books and photo collections selected by the host, which you can take your time to enjoy during your stay. * The capacity is 4 people, but if it is only adults, the number of people who can stay comfortably is up to 3 people. * The price shown is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added to the accommodation fee for each additional person.

Furniture masterpieces, including Le Corbusier's LC series, are arranged. You can experience an extraordinary experience in a high-class space. Feel free to use the spacious living space, atrium space, rooftop bathroom, wooden deck, and stone oven in the yard. [Accommodation fee] The price is for the entire unit. Entire old house for rent, close to Lake Tateshina and Lake Suwa by car, near a golf course, convenience store and laundry a 1-minute walk away

Limited to one group per day, available for 2 to 6 people. We are renovating a 100-year-old traditional house. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. Tateshina Kogen 1 Building Rental Limited to 1 Group 30 minutes to the nearest ski resort Ropeway winter mountain trekking 　

An entire inn on the Tateshina Highlands. On sunny days, you can watch the sun set over the Central Alps and the starry sky from the terrace. The nearest ski resort is 30 minutes away by car, and trekking on the snowy mountains using the ropeway is also an attraction. Equipped with Wi-Fi and office chairs, it is ideal for workations. Please spend a quiet time without a TV. The basic fee is for up to 2 people, +5,000 yen for each additional person, and children under 2 years old are free. Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.

Get off at the Suwa Minami exit on the Chuo Expressway, and then it's about 8 minutes on a very easy, straight road. From there, enter the forest and follow the road and you will soon arrive. The large yard is surrounded by trees, so it is safe for small children.
