Comfortable apartment on the 7th floor with spectacular sea views, beautiful beach, fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with a beautiful sea view, 2 swimming pools for children, 1 swimming pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hosteria el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

This unique luxurious and spacious place has its own style, facing the sea. Our spacious 350m² apartment is the only one in the building. Enjoy its spacious terrace with a whirlpool and spectacular views of the beach. The modern building offers 2 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, table tennis and pool. Ideal for those looking for a unique, quiet and comfortable experience. The terrace hot tub is only for water currents and bubbles, the water does not heat up.
