This exquisite country cottage is a romantic, cosy and comfortable place to spend quality time as a couple or as a small family or group. Every effort has been taken to make it special: Hypnos beds, luxury linens, wood burner, cosy throws, toiletries, 2 Smart TVs, outdoor dining. The location is perfect; peaceful countryside but only 18 minutes from Bath with a bus at the end of the road. Take stunning walks from the doorstep, walk to the local pub or visit many NT properties and Cotswold towns.

Built in the 15th century, it was used for candle making and retains the original Tudor structure, so what you see today is vastly unchanged. Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

This listing is for The Garden Room, a self contained, no smoking double room with ensuite shower. Situated in the back garden of the owners home, with access via the side gate of our house. Only 10 minute walk from the train station. Private parking, ev charge possible( fee applies). Inside, there is a small double sofa bed (120 x 190cm. Wooden slatted base, pocket sprung mattress) and sofa. TV. with Netflix. Please note, NO KITCHEN facilities. Patio area with comfy seating.
