Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Quaint 17th century cottage in the Cotswolds market town of Chipping Norton, sleeps up to 6 guests across one master double bedroom, one small double and a large sofa bed in the attic room. Situated in the oldest part next to the church, the location is extremely quiet with countryside walks right on the doorstep, 15 mins to Soho Farmhouse & Daylesford, 25 mins to Blenheim Palace. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and wood stove in the sitting area.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub.
