Vilgrand was the perfect place for our New Year’s party. Spacious rooms, modern furniture, and great facilities with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and made sure we had a great experience! Highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. There are several small markets and a grocery store nearby if you want to cook and several good restaurants and coffeeshops if you don't. There is a desk that looks out on the backyard it's nice if you need to work while you are there.

Really great experience! The host Sergey was excellent. He went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable and smooth. The house itself is also fantastic, really nicely placed: very close to the city centre just a 5 min drive, and also right next to the city's biggest park. The house has a sauna, a roofterrace, and plenty of spacious rooms. Would 100% recommend.

I really recommend this spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment located in the center and at the same time away from traffic and noise. Ludmilla was always available to accommodate our requests and quick to respond.

Good apartment for reasonable price

House is situated exactly in the center of the city, and in deep corner of the street so the place is very quiet, and has it's own terrace, so it gives you rare opportunity to be exactly in the crowded center but living in own house with private territory and quiet. Irina is very responsive person: we had one canceled fly and one delayed, but she helped us much to not to worry about the living place. Great place and host, highly recommend.

Great kind host. The airbnb was amazing. Everything you need is there. Only downside is that you have to pay for the sauna and that wasn't written on the site.

This was my second time at Marianne and Nastia's place, we really enjoyed last time. It was nice to see that the apartment was even improved from the last time - the doors have been updated, redecorated, the bed in the room is more comfortable. The 4th floor without an elevator - it was not a problem for us, but for the elderly or with large luggage - you need to take into account. This is a wonderful neighborhood, on the one hand it is very green and quiet (all windows to trees), on the other hand - everything is close - stops are a couple of hundred meters away, trolleybuses every few minutes. In a direct line, you can walk to the city center and also pass Ryshkanovka. Great restaurants right nearby - Albanian (at the end of the house), La Placinte (behind the stop), "Caucasian prisoner", Vasabi. We arrived in the extreme cold for April (no heating), the air conditioner was warm. For those who come from Yassky Airport: in autocare md in the mornings there is a minibus that goes from/to the Circus, it was very convenient (1 stop by trolleybus), the driver can be asked to pick up/drive to the house.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It's very cozy, clean, in a perfect location close to major attractions! Tania was very responsive, helpful and answered any questions we had! It was our second time staying at Tania's and I'm sure we will be back next time we are in town!

Andrei is a godsend for me! Super responsive ,met us at 6am, whichis very important and checked in. The apartment is very cozy,nice neighborhood, everything as described,I was pleasantly surprised!!! I will definitely go back there when the time comes!!! I highly recommend if you need on Botany in 5 minutes from Teramed!!! Supermarkets ,cafes,pharmacies even have a gym and swimming pool nearby!!! Ultra central apartment for an affordable price, great option for my family of 4( the apartment is spacious), everything is within walking distance, a big park, supermarket, restaurants. Also i didn’t have to rent a car because there are buses in every city direction. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Denis’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a great visit. The location was good with easy access to public transportation. Denis was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Neat and clean apartment, great host. We are staying for the second time and are very happy with everything. The location is fantastic! Nearby there is a chic park, shops, convenient transport interchange, 7 minutes drive to the city center. Everything is perfect. Vladimir gives clear instructions and is always available. This time, our plans changed and we needed to check in urgently - the apartment was waiting for us in an hour. We will definitely come again, thank you very much! :)

Many thanks to Ivan! The host is responsive, he responds instantly. The apartment is great, right outside the medical center, as we searched. Also in the walking distance from the center or the leaf. In the apartment there is everything necessary for life. The house is good, new. The territory is closed and guarded. We loved it!

Andrew and Cris were so kind and helpful. I have to admit that the flat is old, and had a few problems, but they went out of their way to help. The location is very convenient with a bus stop just outside and shops nearby.

It was even better than in the photos, a large apartment with a lovely layout. It felt like home. 10 minutes from the airport and at the same time there are parks, shops, delicious coffee nearby. Perfect for a long stay if you like to walk. We were allowed to check in early, for which we thank you. The furniture is well maintained, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is absolutely everything for cooking, the dishes are also new, which is very rare in daily housing. Frying pan top, now we look to ourselves the same 😂 If possible, we would love to stay again
