Vintage House - Relax in the sun

Ours is a large rustic house in a quiet village on the first hills above Loano. The multi-level structure, the stone walls, the vaults with exposed bricks and the original fireplace make the house unique! It has a beautiful garden, well and fruit trees, where you can dine under the romantic gazebo cooking on the barbecue. The terrace on the top floor with a view from the sea to the mountains is perfect for breakfast or sunbathing from dawn to dusk. Everything for complete relaxation.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE

6 camere con bagno privato in stanza, salone ed una grande cucina vi attendono per regalarvi la possibilità di vivere giornate indimenticabili. A due passi dalle Langhe-Patrimonio dell'Unesco vi attendono cibo e vini superlativi. Piste da sci vicinissime! Nella bella stagione, sentieri per camminate nel verde o gite in mountain bike partono proprio sotto casa. Very nice semi-detached house in a nice green setting, independent entrance, beautiful terrace, breathtaking views of the mountains. Ideal for recharging your batteries in the middle of nature, with family or friends! 6 km from the village, including 4 km of forest track (vehicle not too low, not less than 18 cm high from the ground). Chains mandatory in winter. Heating supplement from November to April. Cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility
