The newly built chalet with views of the countryside meets all the requirements of modern accommodation. The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Our romantic caravan is hidden in a clearing in the woods. In 2019, we completed its renovation and would like to share its magic. In the caravan you will find all the comforts including running cold water, electricity, equipped kitchen, wifi with unlimited data, but above all you will find peace, quiet and privacy. Hide from the hustle and bustle of civilization in the heart of Czech Canada. The location is suitable for cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, there are cross-country trails and even one ski slope!

The cottage is both a quiet place for families with children and a romantic stay for couples. Cyclists and hikers will find facilities for their trips here. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest or for concentrated creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of well-being, sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, the smell of grass and flowers.

Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

Jednopokojový slunný byt s kuchyňským koutem, vlastní koupelnou a WC. Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Allow yourself to slow down for a moment, leave everyday reality somewhere and just be... be happy that you don't have to do anything, listen to the sounds of the flowing stream, watch the deer in the adjacent meadow, bathe in the pond "on Adam" and in the evening roast a sausage on the fire and watch the sky full of stars... Enjoy every moment and that divine peace... because peace is happiness...

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
