We are located in the resort village of Polyana, Svalyava district. Villa Polyana is a two-story house with a kitchen, a fireplace room, 4 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. In the yard there is a parking space for the car, a barbecue grill. 50 m from the Polyana sanatorium and the Polyana Kvasovaya pump room. The house has a view of the mountains and the stream. There is a road to the forest nearby. Shops, bank, Nova Poshta branch are within a 3-minute walk. We are always happy to welcome guests to our house!🏔

Spacious courtyard with parking. In the courtyard you can sunbathe, there are two sunbeds, and in the courtyard you can bake and cook in the covered summer pavilion designed for this purpose. The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

House is located close to the center - 7 min by walk, to the termal bath- 12 min. The apartments-comfotable and cozy. In summertime it saves coolness, on winter it keeps a warmth well. Влітку добре зберігається прохолода, взимку є підлогове опалення. У другій частині будинку живе сім'я з донькою 12 років. Будемо раді новим гостям!
