A unique experience in a 17th-century house. Fishing is permitted. There is an outdoor barbecue area with seating, and inside the house there is a snooker table, darts, and a Partyboss sound system with a microphone. The house also has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a table tennis table. It is possible to book 2–4 e-bikes in advance. The house is located by a busy road; there are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river, with a pleasant, private natural setting.

The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. There's a little bit of everything here - mountains, nature and a spa town!

Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

Zbožňujeme proměnlivé počasí a procházky divokou přírodou téměř bez kontaktu s civilizací. V létě přírodní koupání, v zimě na běžky hned ode dveří. To je náš svět zde, schovaný v horách. After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living rooms. Upon request there is possibility to use summer kitchen with barbecue area, garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
