Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Very pleased with my stay based on the description and price. Very close to a nice sized 7 Eleven for all your basic needs. Check in process was super easy and Sam even accommodated a very early check in at no extra charge. I only wish the internet speed was a bit faster for some specific tasks I needed, but if you just plan to browse the web and use YouTube, it was perfect. The TV also allows you to connect via your phone with smart view which was a nice bonus. Ultimately for the price and location, it's hard to find anything wrong with the unit.

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

Excellent Condo!! Clean and spacious. Great location on baht bus route and near many restaurants. Condominium complex has very good facilities. Host was very accommodating letting me check in early. Highly recommend this condo.

This is the fifth year we rent an apartment in this very pleasant , quiet and located on the edge of a beautiful beach and the second consecutive time at Tanya who is a very efficient and very responsive owner to solve the slightest problem . We really enjoyed the apartment with its two bedrooms , two bathrooms and two balconies .

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Very nice, spacious apartment with a lovely view. Earthie is a very helpful, friendly host.

We have a total of 10 people, three large bedrooms, two large beds, a sofa bed in the master bedroom, two large balconies, you can directly enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. It takes only 3 minutes to🏖️ walk to the private beach, it takes only 3 minutes, you can go to the beach🍴 restaurant in 5 minutes, the B&B is clean and tidy, shampoo and body soap, washing powder, should be fully equipped. The host is very warm and comfortable. The host is very warm, a very happy one experience. I recommend everyone to stay. The host is all seconds of information back. This is the best I have ever stayed in, the biggest inn!👍Pleasant host

Bew is very nice. She replied to my messages swiftly. The building was easy to find. The environment is good. There are plenty of facilities eg. restaurants, massage shops, fruits markets, shopping malls, exchange booths, coffee bars, ATM, 711 shops….. , moreover, it’s easy to access walking street for night performances. Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

It was the 3rd time I booked with Yuan and as always the whole experience was great. Room was as described and clean and the conversation with Yuan is always easy and helpful. Looking forward to book again.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.

Jack’s place was everything we expected. Great views, all amenities provided, clean and a comfortable bed. Close to the night market for amazing foods and right at the foot of Jomtien Beach. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Will stay again.
