Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. It is wooden, it is comfortable, it is in the garden. In the countryside of the Highlands, I built a modern cottage dedicated to rest for my family. Immersed in the tranquility of the garden with a piece of nature. Orchard, ponds, unlimited space. We put this place in peace and relaxation without a TV. A private hot tub (does not have a whirlpool function) and a sauna are available for an additional charge of CZK 500 and CZK 800 per heating session, respectively.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.
