Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Bungalow by the river and forest.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Bizingroff

Tiny House Bizingroff - peace, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cosy, modern house in nature, surrounded by forests and ponds. You can expect a minimalist but well thought-out interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna is not included in the price). The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just sleeping. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Pod Parkany studio with view

One bedroom sunny apartment with kitchenette, private bathroom and toilet. The house built about 1830 on the foundations of the medieval gate to the city on the way "Svatá Anna" from Čelkovice, is just below the walls on the southern slope above the Luzhnice river valley, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Bathroom amenities - a large bathtub and shower. Public parking 30 meters from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). Entryway with keypad (code will be sent via SMS) = self check-in. Tabor (not Prague!)

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Semi-secluded cottage with sauna

Relax and recharge your batteries in a semi-secluded cabin. You will be surrounded by a meadow, a forest and a small stream. You will sleep in the treetops, read a book by the fire or in an armchair with a view and the sauna will strengthen your immunity. Private sauna is already included in the price. For those who need to work, there is Wifi and a work space at the table in the living room or outside on the terrace. The cottage has electricity, a flush toilet and hot & cold water.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Former farm - village idyll, on the bike path

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. Enjoy a carefree stay in beautiful nature in the heart of southern Bohemia. Bicycle path in front of the door, swimming and aquapark nearby, playground in the village square, tennis courts within reach. For history lovers, there are certainly many castles and chateaux in the area. Sightseeing flights are available at a nearby airport.

After a careful renovation, the house has been brought back to life without losing its original charm. The authentic architecture has been preserved, while modern touches and comforts have added a fresh new character to the home. Surrounded by a blooming garden, it offers the perfect place to relax. At the heart of the outdoor space is a hot tub under the open sky.
