Located in the middle of the historic district, a few hundred meters from the marina, dam park, restaurants and shopping. The home is 165 m2 + 40 m2 courtyard. Guesthouse of 60 m2 with private entrance and small garden. The home is not disabled friendly. The house contains bedroom, large living room with possibility for workspace, TV, a smaller bathroom with shower and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within 1.5 km is IBC, IBA, UC-south, VUC/HF, SDU and the Design School. The bus stop is 200 meters from the accommodation. If you have an "type 2" electric car, you can charge your car for a fee.

Apartment on the Helnæs peninsula

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

The apartment is most suitable for 2 people, (sleeps 4) if there are children, look at the pictures to see if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size. In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not permitted to have a party in the apartment.

Large house with enclosed garden

There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

Relax with the whole family in this modern cottage from 2023. 300 meters from a beautiful beach. The house has an open kitchen and living area with large windows. 3 rooms with blackout curtains and insect nets. Mezzanine with 2 sleeping places. 1 toilet and 1 toilet/bath. Large well-furnished terrace and lovely enclosed garden with lawn. Electricity and water are billed separately. Electricity 4.50 DKK/kwh Water 75 DKK/M3. The tenant must bring bed linens, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.
