This place was perfect for two families. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was great. We will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

We took a big group to Antler Mountain and it was the perfect place for us! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was especially nice! The home and the surroundings were very beautiful! The home does not have central heat, and we got very cold the first night, but once our host was able to send someone to fix the gas stove that had not been working, we were very comfortable!

Our family had the best experience! We felt right at home and it was very comfortable and convenient! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Kenneth and Anita for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay in Pagosa Springs!!

Great, well stocked, easy to enjoy place! Sleep number bed and shower pressure were awesome. We enjoyed the comfortable couch, convenient downstairs half bath, large living room smart TV, the spacious patio, and convenience to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Hope to return!

This home is GORGEOUS- the inside is beautifully styled and decorated. The outside and views- WOW! It is on 35 acres and the views are breathtaking. Kathy was so helpful and kind with any questions and checked on us during a big snow day. This home is now one of our favorite all time trips and we are now planning to come back for a summer stay. If I could give 10 stars I would- it was wonderful. We cooked dinner several nights, the kitchen has all you need! The bedrooms are great and the loft was my favorite space. Everything about it deserves an A++++.

Julia’s place should be a gold standard of Airbnb! We felt right at home. The house is impeccably clean and organized. Julia has great instructions about where things are, how to operate appliances, etc. The townhouse is conveniently located and is only a few minutes away from the downtown, grocery store, and super Walmart. Thank you so much for being an amazing host!
